The Final week

This final week has defensively shown me all the progress i have made since i first started this project. I have even last a total of 8 pounds by doing this project. i have also learned to get into good habits by doing this project like doing at home exercises, running around my neighborhood, and even making better choices in what I eat. I did get the results that I expected like clearer skin, a slimmer face, and even whiter teeth. I hope by doing this project and you guys reading my blogs this has inspired you to do this journey and be the best you that you can be

Week 4

Week four has stayed relatively the same for everything, I still have clear skin, a slimmer face, and whiter teeth due to this project. I am still trying to drink 4-6 bottles of water daily as my new daily retinue; However I have noticed that I am a couple pounds lighter than i was when I first started this project. I have also stayed in the habit of making better choices for myself and as well as running everyday and if not every day then every other day.

Week 3

This week has shown me a lot of progress, I have noticed that my face has continued to be relatively clearer then it was before I started this project. I have also noticed that my teeth have been becoming whiter, the cause for this is because since i have only been drinking water (rarely sweet tea on special occasions) It has not been damaging my enamel which is one of the four major tissues that make up the tooth and it helps protect your teeth and make it whiter like any other drink that damages it. I was hopefully surprised to the result in my teeth and i hope to see more surprising results like this as i continue this project.

The next week

My progress this week was great, I found and noticed changes i was hoping for including clearer skin and a slimmer face or so i have been told.

The reason for this is because water acts like a “filter” for your body in a way and whatever you put in your body will come out and if, and if you put in something that is  healthier and more beneficial for you more good will come out, the reason for the reduction for the “extra fat” on my face is because when you have water reduction so your cells expand or become hypotonic, but once you drink plenty of water your your cells are nice and hydrated. I hope by continuing this project that it gets even better and better.

I even noticed that i have been getting in the habit of making healthier choices it could be ignoring the chip bag to turning down a big juicy bacon cheeseburger for a nice grilled chicken sunflower seed salad. I’ve also started running when i come home from school around my neighborhood for about 1 mile and a ½ to 2 miles. By doing this project i have learned to be more organized with my time and with my life as well, I could tell because i feel like i’m actual getting in a good habit for myself now and in the future. I’ve been waking up better, having a better attitude on things, and I just feel like i’m being my best self right now..

Finding the research for this project was actually easier then i thought it would be.. Thankfully there have been a lot of people that have done the research for me. They talked about everything i needed to know, from needing to know how much I water the body needs to drink to the benefits from the water

The water project

Water, water is what makes up to 70% of the human body as stated in the USGS, so if something like that is the majority of us then that must mean it’s good for us and necessary for our survival. My goal for this project is to drink more water and even try only water. My motivation for this project is simply to be the healthiest I can be, my target audience for this project is the youth (like myself) mainly because one in every ten adults over twenty have diabetes thats 29.1 million people in the United States have diabetes, however 8.1 million may be undiagnosed and unaware of their condition. About 1.4 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed in United States every year. By targeting the youth I hope and plan on preventing this to keep on happening. By doing this i also expect to so improvements in my skin care and a slimmer face.
